Preferences - New - "No Location" Time Zone - Local Scan Time
A new option, No Location, allows you to view the local scan time. Local scan time reflects the time zone of the specific facility where the package was scanned, not your time zone or the origin, which helps show its journey across different regions. You can make this section in your My Preferences.
For example, if the shipment was received in Singapore, it would show as Singapore time, and when the shipment clears customs in Norfolk, VA, that timestamp would show in Eastern Standard time. See Shipment Timeline image below.

The Shipment Timeline has been updated to be more streamlined and easier to flip the timeline or rotate it vertically.

REPORT - New - Order Management Activity Report
The Reporting section now has a new Order Management Activity Report, which monitors order and items before they're even booked and gives access to bookings containers, and shipment information with both order and item level details. Each stage of the order process is tracked and you can customize your analysis with up to 100 columns about various aspects of customer orders, bookings, containers, and shipments.

Right on your Home page, you can now see the status of your declarations as they move through the customs process. Click on a category to view a list of declarations and their details.
