SHIPMENT MILESTONES
To effectively segment the stages of the shipment life cycle, EXP.O NOW uses a series of milestones based on the occurrence of specific core events. The milestone is displayed on the shipment detail timeline section.
Shipments can have up to 11 milestones, depending on the services requested. However, some shipment types won't have a timeline at all.

When Expeditors is responsible for import clearance. |

When Expeditors is responsible for freight delivery. |

Services Completed |
When Expeditors is responsible for freight or customs clearance, and has completed all requested services, which may not include delivery. |
